Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Efir AI service (the “Service”), including the iOS and Android apps. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service generates and plays short spoken stories about music while you listen. Features depend on your plan (free or Extended).
2. Acceptable use
- The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy, decompile, or modify the Service except as permitted by law.
- You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful content.
3. Account and subscriptions
Extended access is tied to your email or Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method.
3.1 App Store subscriptions (iOS)
Auto-renewable subscriptions (“Extended”) on iOS are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Available plans (names may vary by storefront): Extended · Month, Extended · Quarter, Extended Year USD. Price and period are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
3.2 Website and other platforms
Subscriptions purchased on the website or Android may use other payment methods. Terms for those purchases are described in our public offer where applicable.
4. Content and limitations
Stories are generated automatically from open sources. We do not guarantee a story for every track or factual accuracy of generated text. Absence of a story for a specific song is not a defect of the Service.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, design, logo, and code belong to the rights holder. Generated story text is provided for your personal listening experience.
By using the Service, you grant a non-exclusive license to use anonymized story texts for Service promotion and website publication without personal identifiers.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party APIs, network issues, or inaccuracies in automatically generated content.
7. Changes and termination
We may change features or these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
